"The perpetrator went to the house of..." at 5 in the morning - Expert

Security expert Ervin Karamuço has revealed new details from the murder in the city of Shkodra where young man Ylber Luli lost his life and his father was injured. He stressed that the perpetrator of the incident was also injured.

Regarding the course of events, Karamuço stated that the incident occurred after an argument in a bar, while the perpetrator then waited for the victim for several hours until he went to his apartment. This then led to another conflict and clash which ended with a victim.

"There may have been some previous history, be it some conflict, some friction, something. And then at the bar, that's where the whole argument started, first a loud argument and then a physical fight. And then the person, one of the people left, went home."

This other guy and a friend of his have been sitting in the car for almost three hours waiting for him to come back to the bar. He hasn't left the apartment. His friend has run away, so I'm telling you a story that this happens to us in many cases. In dozens and dozens of cases. But we only show those that involve loss of life, but we don't show those that involve serious and minor injuries.

And then at 5:00 he can't take it anymore, maybe he was under the effects of alcohol or drugs and other substances, we don't know how to say that. He goes to the apartment, knocks, even armed as he was.

"First, the boy who had the previous conflict comes out, they clash physically, the father comes out with a knife, they hit him. There is an injury and the perpetrator himself, takes out the pistol, kills the boy and injures the father," he told Euronews Albania, among other things.
