Seven months at the head of the Ministry of Interior have not been enough for Minister Albana Koçiu to at least get acquainted with the institutions she reports to.

Koçiu was revealed in a video message published on social networks, when he introduces Afrim Qëndron as director of the "Inspectorate of Protection and Control of the Territory".

This is how Albana Koçiu introduced it, that in fact, Afrim Qëndro has been appointed as director of the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection.

Koçiu's blunder suggests that the minister, in addition to lacking the desire, will, or curiosity to get to know the institutions under her control, also lacks the desire to read the documents she signs when they are placed on the table...after all, if she had been more attentive to the document she signed for Afrim Qëndron as director of IKMT, she would certainly have read the 'National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection'.
