Serious accident in Lalëzi Bay/ 57-year-old man dies, several injured!

A serious road accident was recorded on Saturday evening in the Lalëzi Bay area, in Durrës, where two vehicles collided with each other.

As a result of the collision, a 57-year-old man, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the accident, lost his life.

In addition to the victim, both drivers and another passenger were injured and were transported for medical attention.

According to the Police announcement, it is suspected that the accident occurred due to drunk driving by both drivers involved in the incident. Following procedural actions, they were arrested in flagrante delicto.

Police have launched investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident and to document the legal responsibilities of each of those involved.
