The Court of Korça sets the security measure "arrest in prison" for 29-year-old Ervis Rrapo, the headman of the village of Rehovo in Korça, who was arrested after reporting sexual relations with a 23-year-old woman from the same village.

The prosecutor's office requested the appointment of a security measure of "prison arrest" for the charge of having sexual relations with the 23-year-old woman with mental health problems.

Before the court, the young man did not accept the charges, while the Prosecution presented evidence and facts, which implicate Rrapo in this event.

From the prosecution's investigations, forensic expertise, testimonies and other circumstances, the charge brought against Rrapo is proven. The hearing was held behind closed doors due to the nature of the case.
