This assassination is related to a conflict that two families with the surname Hasalla have over the ownership of a piece of land. On July 29, 2021, after a conflict between two families, 30-year-old Romeo Hasalla was killed, where the perpetrator was Kastriot Hasalla, who was sentenced to 35 years in prison for this incident.

Yesterday at the Lushnja court, another court session was held for Kastriot's accomplices in the incident, who were brother Afrimi and son Marjusi. At the end of the trial, the court sentenced Afrime Hasalla to 2 years in prison and Marjus Hasalla to 1 year and six months in prison.

After the end of the court session, on the way home, Marjusi was shot with a gun in the car where he and his aunt were traveling. For this event, Afrimi accuses the family of Shaip Hasalla and his son Armando Hasalla.

A day after the assassination, Shaip Hasalla says that he has nothing to do with this event. He declares that this event is staged by Kastriot's own family. My sons are in Italy and Greece. After this event, he says that he feels threatened and has asked for the help of the police.

Almond Seneja was injured in the leg, after being ambushed by people driving a "Volswagen" type car. She is in the hospital, her life is out of danger.
