There are three tracks where the prosecution is investigating in connection with today's assassination that targeted Ardian Gjeloshin.
The first track is conflicts with business with members of a tribe from Pllane.

BalkanWeb writes that the police, as a second track, is investigating that of revenge. In 2002, a serious incident was recorded where the suspected perpetrators were Ardian Gjeloshi and his brother, Dritan Gjeloshi.

At that time, the perpetrators shot at a pick-up truck and killed Marie Prengen, a nurse, mother of 4 children, while FNSh officer Kastriot Prenga, Gjergj and Vitore Prenga were injured.

The third track is related to the wounding of Ardian Gjeloshaj's son.
